Samsung Rapid Mode Not Supported

Mode
I attempted to contact Samsung about my issue, but I was informed that the email and chat support isn't available for the SSD products and I have to call. That's so 90's. Anyway, I thought I'd try my luck here before wasting time on a phone.
The Samsung Magician software for my 840 EVO is showing my CPU as 0.80Ghz and doesn't meet the minimum requirements of 1.0Ghz to enable RAPID mode. If you look at the specs below, you'll see that I shouldn't have an issue.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it?
